No she’s not(okay the make-up is emo like :D) but her hair is for her role as Joan Jett in her upcoming movie ‘The Runaways. Miley Cyrus: Birthday In Ireland
Miley Cyrus will celebrate her 17th birthday with a four-day holiday in Ireland, according to “The Herald” (Ireland):
Miley is due to jet into Dublin on December 16 for the first of two concert dates at the 02. Since she will not get to mark her November 23 birthday properly due to her marathon concert schedule Miley has requested a four-day rest period so she can take in all the Emerald Isle has to offer. The Irish dates were included especially at Miley’s request. She told The Herald last year: ‘I’ve never been to Ireland, but I hear such cool things about the fans there and I know there are lots of them! I’m going to be in London and in Rome this spring, but unfortunately not Ireland this time, unless there’s a chance to sneak away!’ Miley will pull out all the stops to ensure her 17th birthday celebration is one to remember. During this tour Miley will not be taking to the stage with her alter ego. She will be joined by her brother Trace Cyrus’ band Metro Station.
Jonas Brothers: Press Conference + Niley
Nick Jonas chatted to “TWIST” in Dallas about his “Before The Storm” duet with Miley Cyrus:
“There’s two versions of the song basically, one that was written just for our record that we sang originally. Then I played it for Miley and we realized that if we just changed the lyrics a bit, we could make it more of our story, kind of share that side of us, and it could be great. So, we did. She came in and she and I sat down at the piano and worked on lyrics a bit, tweaked it up, and it turned out great!”
The song is one of the most personal tracks off the boys next album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times. The conference:

From Amanda: “When we met Selena Gomez we told her we were jealous because she’s dating Taylor Lautner, she said ‘Oh sweetie, I’m not dating him. Don’t be jealous.’ So then we said, ‘Are you sure about that?’ and she said ‘Yeah, positive.’ Emily Osment said she dates Oliver all through Season 3, in Season 4 the Stewarts move houses! Shenae Grimes got mad when my friend accidentally called her Shania! Miley was amazing and really nice when we saw her walking backstage! We told David Henrie that we thought that all of the people getting angry over his clubbing pictures were stupid, and he thanked us for ‘having his back.”

Srlena Gomez got stalked getting coffee with a friend somewhere in a green coat on sunday. They asked her if green would be her favorite color and she answered: “Yeah!” Nice Selena 😀
Taylor Lautner: Shirtless & “New Moon will ripp your heart in shreds !”
Girls, can you see these muscles ?? And then think that that boy is “only” a teenager 🙂 Here you see a scene of the “we-can’t-wait’for”-upcoming movie New Moon. Taylor talked with Access Hollywood about that Newm Moon will be much more drama-like than the book: ‘There is like heart break and, oh it’s.. it’s horrible, it just.. ‘New Moon’ will rip your heart to shreds. So get ready!’ So are we going to get a really heartbreaking movie, if yes I can see all these girls (includes me & Luisa) sit there in the cinema & cry. This wil be so awesome … guess it’ll be one of the best movies of the last years, probably betetr than twilight itself.

[They] poured rain on [us], which is like so iced cold!The scene was like four minutes long and I’m just sitting there and you can’t look cold. I’m the only one, I’m just standing there like basically naked with everybody like bundled up in this ice cold weather!’
“Mustin” FINALLY Over!
Miley Cyrus has ended her nine-month relationship with underwear model Just Gastin, according to “E! News”. Miley called things off last week as she prepared to leave Los Angeles for two months to shoot The Last Song in Savannah, Georgia. A source close to the couple said that both of them are really heartbroken over the split. However, word is distance may not have been the only thing to come between the two. Miley’s relationship with Nick Jonas ‘exacerbated the rift. “She obviously has been hanging out with Nick again a lot and Justin was cool with it at first, as long as it was just a cool friendly thing. She didn’t cheat, but I guess Nick was trying to get her back the whole time.”
On Sunday, Miley wrote on her Twitter account. “I’m in a dark theater ‘writing’ a song with nick j who is rockin a faded eggplant shirt! :)” Miley has also dropped her agents at United Talent Agency and is now rep’d by CAA.
